Qualification of the vintages

The vintage of the wine is the year of the grape harvest used for its production and allows us to know its quality.

The Control Board is the one who qualifies the vintages according to their general quality, classifying them in the following terms:
excellent, very good, good, normal and average.

This quality is the result of the exhaustive controls to which the vineyards are subjected before and during the harvest, as well as the wineries once the grapes have passed through their doors, throughout the vinification process, right up to the bottled product, which is labelled with a guarantee certificate numbered on the back of the bottle, ready to be marketed.
